Ditiny started as an internal tool at Ditech Global, a global service provider for the ecommerce industry, managing hundreds of thousands of product files — including embroidery designs, product images, videos, and documents.
We couldn't find a single platform that handled embroidery formats, offered intelligent cost tiering, and provided a clean API for our systems. So we built one.
Today, we're opening Ditiny to ecommerce teams worldwide who face the same challenges.

Ditiny provides file storage, processing, thumbnail generation, and delivery services for businesses.
Users are responsible for content they upload. No illegal content. No content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
We store files on Cloudflare R2, Wasabi, and Backblaze B2. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data.
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated with advance notice.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Ditiny is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss beyond reasonable backup practices.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email to registered users.

Files are kept as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after a deletion request.
